I’m Dr. Quanasha Starks—educator, consultant, and founder of Engaged Learning Solutions.
I started my journey as a 5th—and 6th-grade teacher, passionate about finding ways to keep my students engaged and excited about learning. I soon realized that engagement wasn't just a classroom management tool—it was the heartbeat of student success.
When I moved into higher education, I saw that even adult learners struggled to focus, comprehend, and stay connected. That’s when I knew: the strategies I developed for elementary students could benefit educators and learners at every level.
Now, through workshops, coaching, and custom curriculum development, I partner with educators and programs to create learning environments where students don’t just show up—they thrive.
